Below is an overview of the available Microsoft 365 applications, with some of the applications being able to run as a combined course.  Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

Excel

Excel Online lets you create, edit, and share Excel workbooks in your browser. You can access workbooks from any device and work with other people at the same time.

Forms

Forms lets you create surveys, registrations, quizzes and more.

Lists

Allows users to create, share, and track data inside lists.

PowerPoint

PowerPoint Online lets you create, edit and share PowerPoint presentations in your browser. You can access and deliver presentations from any device and work with other people at the same time.

SharePoint

Create or follow SharePoint Online sites to help you organise information, people and projects.

Sway

Sway is an intelligent app that helps you easily create an interactive web-based canvas of your ideas. Pull your content from a variety of sources with minimal effort and use the built-in layout engine to craft a cohesive look and feel that looks great on any screen.

Teams

Teams is the chat-based workspace that brings together people, conversations and content so that teams work more effectively. You see content and chat history anytime in team chat or small group private chat, and have quick access to shared files and other content you need right in the app.

Calendar

Use your calendar to create and track appointments and meetings. You can create multiple calendars, link to other people’s calendars and share your calendar with others in your organisation.

Delve

Office Delve shows you personalised information from across Office 365 based on what you’re working on and what’s trending around you.

Outlook

Outlook lets you use your email account from any web browser. You can customise the look of your inbox and messages, control how messages are processed and stored, and create rules to manage incoming emails.

People

Use People to manage your personal contacts and to view any address books that have been set up for your organisation.

Planner

Planner lets you easily build teams, share goals, and track progress to get work done together – anywhere, on any device.

Project

Project Online enables organisations to execute structured enterprise projects efficiently and also objectively prioritise project portfolio investments.

Stream

Microsoft Stream is a video management service that allows users to create, store, share, and view videos within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem: 

  • AI-powered video editing: AI can automatically remove filler words and pauses from your videos. 

  • Record and share: Record your screen and yourself, or record Microsoft Teams meetings. You can also share videos with your organisation, such as for training, leadership, or human resources. 

  • Access videos: Access your videos from anywhere, anytime, and distribute them across Microsoft 365. You can add videos to Teams channels, SharePoint sites, Yammer posts, Viva Connections, and Office.com. 

  • Edit videos: Trim the start and end of a video, generate automatic captions and transcripts, and add chapters for easy navigation. 

  • Analyse videos: Measure the engagement and effectiveness of your video content. 

Whiteboard

Microsoft Whiteboard is a freeform, digital canvas where people, content and ideas come together. You can use Whiteboard for collaborating with your team to accomplish many activities - whether your team is in the same place or in multiple locations.

Word

Word Online lets you create, edit, and share Word documents in your browser. You can access your documents from any device and work with other people at the same time.

To Do

To-Do’s intelligent Suggestions make it easy to prioritise your daily tasks. Suggestions look at your to-dos across your lists and, based on a smart algorithm, recommend the most important ones for you each day. Plan your day - add to-dos from Our Suggestions or enter new to-dos in My Day. Set due dates and reminder times for each to-do to keep everything on track. Add notes within each to-do’s detail view. Automatically sync your to-dos to Outlook tasks and access your lists and to-dos from anywhere. With iPhone, Android, and Windows 10 and 11 web apps, you can log in to your account on all your devices.

Microsoft Loop

Microsoft Loop is an online collaborative workspace that offers a variety of features to help users gather, organize, and build notes, ideas, and projects. It comes with templates for meetings, project planning, and personal tasks, and offers integration with other Microsoft and third-party tools and services.
